Our Mission
The prime responsibility of the Board of Trustees is to maintain and improve the roads and ensure that roads are accessible twelve months of the year.

Road Maintenance & Funding
Funding for road maintenance is paid through an agreement with Montcalm Township, using PA 188. This allows us to collect money through taxes and pay for maintenance and repairs. Maintenance includes, but may not be limited to grading, gravel, brining, snow plowing, and repairs.

Occasionally, the Board of Trustees may need to temporarily close sections of the roadway as needed for repairs and/or safety of our residents. In that event, please know that minimal interruption is the goal and every effort will be made to resolve the issue and quickly and safely as possible.

August 8, 2024: Expect road work on Holiday/Starling from Holland Lake to Sidney Road. We will be addressing drainage issues that have been leading to road deterioration. The road will remain open, but please be patient while work is being completed.

Park Maintenance
Our road assessment through PA 188 cannot be used for park upkeep and maintenance. We must fund these separately. At our annual meeting, general consensus voted to collect a special yearly assessment of $50 per property owner for park maintenance and improvements. Please read more here about how to donate for the park fund.
